All NEXERA-IN products are digital. Nothing is shipped physically and there are no delivery fees.
How you receive your product
- Once PayFast confirms your payment (usually within seconds), we email you a receipt and a login link to the address you entered at checkout.
- Your purchase appears in My account immediately.
- Downloadable products are delivered by instant download from My Account. Each download link is secure, tied to your account and valid for 15 minutes — you can create a new one at any time.
- Online products (web apps and subscriptions) are activated on your account straight away.
If it does not arrive
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the email.
- You can always log in to My account with your email address to get a new login link.
- Still stuck? Email [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out within 1 business day.
